2.Drink Lots of Water

3.Get trims on the regular

Even if you're growing out your hair, you can benefit from trims every six to eight weeks. Snipping off the split ends keeps your hair from getting tangled in the shower. Scraggly ends that feel like straw and are easy to see through are a sign that it's time to make an appointment with the shears.

 

4.Deep Condition

When working to heal weak hair, the first line of defense is to start with the scalp.A deep treatment of the hair doesn’t need to involve an expensive hair mask. A great blend of olive oil, jojoba oil, and castor oil will do the trick.

10.Sleep on a silk pillowcase

The friction between your hair and the cotton pillowcase can cause frizz to flare up. Outfit your bed in a silk pillowcase or rock a silk scarf at night to minimize the wear-and-tear on your hair while you snooze.
