Possess healthy hair is something that we all want but sometimes struggle to achieve. No matter what kinds of hair issues you’d like to tackle, Hot Beauty Hair is here to help. Even if we’re not all blessed with naturally soft and bouncy hair, we can make a habit of paying attention to our routines and make changes where necessary.

Here are 10 habits of women with gorgeous healthy hair.

1.Eat Healthy Foods

Eating healthy is always a good idea, but certain foods are good for promoting healthy hair.

A protein and nutrient-packed diet can do absolute wonders for your hair.Aside from stocking up on the protein, there are other vitamins you should make sure you're taking, whether through food or supplements.

2.Drink Lots of Water

Not only does water promote hair growth but it also hydrates your hair. Water hydrates your body and helps to regulate your circulatory system which feeds your hair follicles which then encourages hair growth.

3.Get trims on the regular

Even if you're growing out your hair, you can benefit from trims every six to eight weeks. Snipping off the split ends keeps your hair from getting tangled in the shower. Scraggly ends that feel like straw and are easy to see through are a sign that it's time to make an appointment with the shears.

4.Deep Condition

When working to heal weak hair, the first line of defense is to start with the scalp.A deep treatment of the hair doesn’t need to involve an expensive hair mask. A great blend of olive oil, jojoba oil, and castor oil will do the trick.

5.Moisturize Often

Moisture plays an important role and ensures that hair growth is retained because less damage means that your hair can continue to grow healthy.Moisture also makes your hair look a whole lot better. It makes your hair more shiny in a good way and gives it extra bounce.

6.Use a wide-tooth comb

Women with gorgeous locks know that it’s a no-no to brush wet hair, especially when getting out of the shower. If your hair is incredibly tangled, and there’s no choice but to brush it, hold your hair mid shaft, and stroke the ends softly until the knots are all out, then brush upwards toward your scalp. This way, the hair doesn’t rip from the top of your head. The benefit of using a wide tooth comb is that it separates knots without pulling on the strands too much. Go easy on that hair!

7.Rinse with Cold Water

Hot water can dry out your hair and leave it dull. Instead, after shampooing and conditioning, rinse with cool water.

8.Avoid shampooing your hair every day

Shampoo is meant to clean your scalp and hair, but the sulfates in some formulas (that's what makes the bubbles) can dry out hair. Instead stretch the days between cleansing by using dry shampoo on fine hair types.

9.Use heat styling minimally

We love a blowout as much as the next person, but too much heat can fry your hair. If you notice your strands are breaking off mid-shaft, your flatiron or blowdryer might be to blame. Heat damage can lead to hair loss.

10.Sleep on a silk pillowcase

The friction between your hair and the cotton pillowcase can cause frizz to flare up. Outfit your bed in a silk pillowcase or rock a silk scarf at night to minimize the wear-and-tear on your hair while you snooze.
